Meant compared to the 1M with Akrapovic exhaust. The M3 is classic V8 sound which really can't be compared to a N54.

Not really feeling the 1m raspiness in the vid. I grinded out the plug (ie valve open all the time) on my 1m akra evolution and it doesn't share the raspiness from the vid. Sounds sensational without imho. Still running stock dp's, so that's likely the reason.

V8 sounds great!

The sound from in the cabin will be different than a mic 6-12 inches from the exhaust.

The mic just picks up every detail (including the sound of my tips hitting the diffuser

).
