I'm not doing the swap. And Im not very good with MT yet but once my E30 is done then I will probably drive that everyday

What you mean to say is you're not doing the swap yet, haha. I sure hope you dont have to swap but Im not sure how long the auto will be able to handle all that extra juice.

I think AT transmission will be just fine. Shiv@Vishnu seems to found out how to put less stress on the transmission between the shifts...I mean can't gurantee anything, only time will tell. LTBMW is replacing my AC compressor tomorrow, will put the car back together for some dynojet action

all good... it takes time to learn a car... i mean all 5MT, 6MT are pretty much the same but you just need to get used to engagement points. also you will learn to listen to the car and it's engine when you drive a MT car. i've been driving manuals since i was 8yo (jeep in the Philippines and DAMN that's a long time lol)... i truly believe i feel more a part of the car.

So my warranty is almost up which is kind of bad but I'm also excited about it because I think I'm going to finally upgrade the tune. Are most of you n54 guys running jb4? Current and active development on e85 blend fuel tunes is at the top of my list and Cobb doesn't seem to be doing much in the e85 department and procede doesn't seem to be worth the extra $ for my goals. Are any of you local guys running jb4 map 5 with e85/91?

Idk if anyone is running e85. I know your a DIY kinda guy. But I can hook you up with someone to buy one and I can show you how to install it or give you some pointers. I've got it down now haha.

I have JB4 and I have been running 6 gallons of e85 to 10 gallons of 91 for a few fillups now... the new map5 of the newest firmware is pretty damn fun.
