TE37's what color? Hmmm.
I don't like asking questions about color usually, but I'm just throwing this out there since it was kind of floating around in my mind. I have an opportunity to have my TE37's traded off for the same wheels in white, so I was wondering what you guys would do.
Here's the car with the current mag blue wheels, a bit of an outdated photo, but it'll serve the purpose. I like them since they are similar enough to the car's color to not stand out too much, but just different enough to look nice. My worry is that with white wheels I'll have to many colors going on, since I already have a blue with yellow/black accents theme going, but I really don't want to do black wheels. Or I can just get rid of the TE37's entirely, I'm thinking of that too. ![]()

Thanks. It looks a little different from the photo (see sig) but I really don't have any decent photographs of it's current state. I know a few people saw my car at Bimmerfest, but the design of the front splitter was not it's final one at the time, we ran out of time building the car so it went as was. I might be getting a few shots this weekend at Willow Springs Raceway, maybe that'll help.

I have JRZ RS Pro dampers (the ones with the external nitrogen reservoirs) and JRZ rear spring height adjusters with Eibach linear springs front and rear, Hypercoil helper springs in the front, and Ground Control race camber plates and front sway bar end links front. Platte Forme a.g. custom made some polyeurethane rear upper shock bushings for me at the same time, IIRC.
And for the few people who had read the issues with the street plates and may be weary about their race ones, I've never had any issue with their race ones, and mine have been through some abuse. ![]()

. For people who don't want a mod list like mine (and I don't think people should anyways! ) and just want to track more casually, I'd say just get KW Clubsports and that one BMW GTS replica wing that IND makes and call it a day for handling. Not out of personal experience, but I'm guessing that wing is mild enough to not need a front splitter, but still give you some noticeable rear downforce. (Hey, BMW is the one who slapped it on OEM. )Can anyone photoshop my blue TE's so they look white? I don't have the necessary image editing skills myself. I'd be most grateful. ![]()

I don't have time to photoshop anything, but if anyone needs a photo of a White TE37 to throw on LateBrake's car...Here's a pic of mine.
![]() ![]() In regards to color choices. I'm not sure if you're looking for something flashy, but my personal favorite will always be Mercury Silver. It pops nicely, but it's subtle enough to look almost stock. I sold my white TE37s in hopes of one day finding a nice set of original TE37s in Mercury Silver. Hopefully that wish comes true one day...haha
