Hmm that's strange. Wilson mags are typically GTG. I'm giving the Chip McCormick Power Mags a try currently.

Very nice! I am becoming a big fan of the M&P. I have a M&P 9 Shield currently.

Congratulations! Once I buy a new gun it starts a vicious cycle of buying ammo, holsters, accessories, and eventually another gun. This, in turn, leads to buying ammo, holsters, accessories . . .

Are you running the Wilson mags in a Springfield 1911, when you're experiencing the failure of the slide to lock back?

Thanks! I have the same affliction, I end up spending more on ammo and accessories then the price of the gun...but that's part of the fun.

An FN five seven, 1000 rounds of 40 grain and a comp-tac holster and mag pouch later, I totally feel you!

yeah, i shot an XD-9 at a gun show recently. great gun, but I would take M&P over it any day.
M&P ergonomics are sooo much better. Plus polymer on XD-9 has this cheap plastic feel...

Here is my full size PX4 Storm .40 cal. Sleek gun, albeit difficult to shoot at times. A part of me wishes I would had jumped on the 9mm instead.. excuses to buy another one I suppose.

I completely disagree. I'd take an XDm over a M&P any day. M&P has one of the worst triggers on the market. My dad has one and after I shot it I mentioned I hated the trigger. Next time I saw him, he had a Timney on the gun. Much better.

You have a great gun. It's short so you are really going to have to work on sight alignment etc.

I bought one of those when they first came out. I really love the look and design but I ended up selling it on account of the trigger. It pinched my finger and made extend shooting sessions no fun. I do wish I had kept it though.

Its a great looking gun IMO. Because this is my first handgun and I've only had it for coming up on a year I really have no comparison besides shooting a few of my buddy's guns/my father's. I don't have troubles with it pinching my finger but the trigger pull does feel a bit heavy when shooting it back to back with other handguns.
