Lease residuals on your M **Edited**

Curious as to what residual value you got on your leases? I got my 2011 e92 back in April of 2010, and my residual is just under 39k.

I ask because I think my M will be worth considerably more than 38.5k in 10 months, with under 20k miles and in perfect condition. I would be crazy not to buy it, especially since I want the new M3 when it comes out, but it obviously wont be out for probably another year after my lease is up.

36 month lease
12k miles annual
AW/BLK/CF with ZPP, ZTP and DCT.

I paid less than MSRP (73k) but much more than invoice.

Bought mine but have to say without more information this thread will be as useless as the insurance thread. Folks should also at a minimum post length of lease, annual mileage etc. as they will all impact the residual of any lease... Of course so will the final negotiated sale price but I suspect we'll only get that from those who got $500 over invoice kind of prices...
