Please no low offers, I am not looking for offers in the 41-45k range which is what I am getting alot of. I took her to a few BMW dealerships in the area and was offered 47k. This car is excellent, has over 1 year of warranty left and is worth every bit of what I am asking and more.

Why do you say out of state pays no tax? Not true, depends on the laws where you attempt to register the car.

My mistake, I thought all private sales were not taxed. Maybe thats just in GA where I live.

It did happen, at a non BMW dealership after some negotiation. 47k included the tax benefit of trading. I decided to hold off at the time.
