Does a Rear Diffuser have an effect on exhaust volume or note?

Was curious and did not see an answer from a quick search.

No. It should not by any means affect exhaust volume.

Does the performance spoiler make the exhaust note sound better?

Not unless your exhaust tips didn't clear the diffuser...

You guys should have had some fun with the OP

I would say hell yeah. It forces the air to constrict slightly much like funneling which changes the tone slightly

You can achieve the same variation in tone when you fart (by tightening and relaxing your asshole)
