No real judgement, just thought I'd share for those who want to

I find this more comical than deplorable.

The guy has a 335is, thats not a bad car. He definitely shouldn't be trying to pose like an M. He is not fooling anybody obviously. He cant even put the ///M in the right place

Thats reminds me of this E46 guy I see at some of the meets who has a near base 3 series but stuck an M badge on it because he has the competition package.

When I had my 335 I was not once tempted to stick an M badge on it, even as much as I wanted an M3.

I was just going to post this. If the driver had say a 325/328 I could see it but a 335is? Speaking of badges, I've seen a lot of fake AMG badges. The other day I've seen what looked like a ML63 and then another one pulled out which was the real one.

BMW puts M badges on the steering wheel and door sills of the 335is. Maybe he thought he was entitled.

I ordered the "sport" package for our second X3 because I thought the suspension in the base model was too soft. I am perpetually embarassed that it has a handful of "M"s on it. Thankfully, they are either internal to the vehicle or too small to see (on the wheels).

It's only going to get worse with the latest glut of "M" spec'd non-M cars.

Can't wait for the litany of badges on the X2dM.

There's a guy in Northern Virginia with a convertible 135 debadged and replaced with the M. He looked sheepish when I pulled up along side of him and shook my head.

it truly is BMW's fault.... they keep trickling down anything and everything with "///M" accents, and then expect people not to pose?

doesn't work that way I'm afraid....

M is turning into the S-line accents or the "AMG" badge on regular mercs. Sad
