What is everyone using for replacement wipers?

Now that I'm not under warranty, I'm looking for a non-OEM replacement if there is one. Is the attachment for the blade to the arm standard or is it proprietary where I need to purchase blades from the dealer?

I really like Bosch Icons so if I could get those that would be great. What are the sizes on the OEM blades?
