BMW M3 CPO?

In the hunt for a used e92 m3 in the south jersey area. I'm only going to be putting on about 5-6k miles a year. Is CPO even worth it for that? It looks like I'd be paying an extra $3k for the CPO stamp.

If original warranty is still active for at least 6+ months and your budget is tight, you don't need to worry too much about CPO.
Especially if you get the manual the current M3 is a very reliable car.
But always deal price with and without CPO with the dealer, and see how much they can go down with or without. It never hurts to have CPO

Can you negotiate them to remove the CPO? Should save around 3k

Yes
My dealer offered me 3K off when taking CPO off.
I ended up keeping the CPO and making a deal

CPO?

If my car is BMW CPO can I get warranty work done at any BMW Dealership or just the one that CPO'd it? Also, might try to negotiate to remove the CPO if it saves 3k, which hopefully is money in pocket if no problems within the 2 year period.
