Motorsport oil cooling from M24 Germany for the E9x M3 S65

German competition components manufacturer M24 has created a unique oil cooling solution for the E9x M3. Their oversized oil cooler is a direct fit in any E9x M3 and is hand built in their state of the art facility in the small town of Kalefeld Germany. The cooler is substantially larger than the factory cooler, and has been tested to be effective on courses like the Nurburgring, Hockenheimring, and the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben to produce as much as an 18 degree Fahrenheit drop in oil temperature!

The M24 oil cooler offers an easy installation with a true factory-like fit, and despite it’s enormous size is still compatible with all OE components, and even aftermarket front mounted coolers like ESS’ VT2 water cooler.

Price = $1840.00

The S65's cooling system is very robust from the factory, but many people who drive the E9x M3 at the track do see high oil temperatures. A larger capacity cooler will provide more overhead to allow you to run the car harder for a longer time, more safely.

Damn the BMW tax is hitting hard. I see a 2-300 dollar core. Let's be generous and add another 2-300 worth for labor/welding/brackets/fittings. Even if this was priced at $1000 I'd call it overpriced

x1000000

I was just thinking this while looking at the end tanks and brackets. I'm very surprised no one has taken a core (mocal?) and used it. this to me is waaaayyyy overpriced for such a simple piece. Shit I can buy an intercooler that's bar and plate (like this) and 10x the size for a fraction of the price.
