Also will be there sat & sun in A group ( GVC BMW CCA event).
Should be good weather, although you can never tell with Watkins Glen.

Actually running in the rain there can be quite interesting with all the concrete strips

Leo...here is one of the photos from LRP.
It is a bit noisy/grainy, but I was playing with the film speed...

I'll be leaving for the Glen in about 45 minutes for the start of the Genesee Valley Chapter's event. I'll be mentoring in the ITS.

Had a spark plug that was losing voltage which gave me a check engine light when I pushed it hard. Have to replace the plugs I guess......
bummer as the weather today was great.

Met a few folks out there with the E9X M3s. I had a Silverstone E90 running in the I group (did a few A group runs on Sunday). Surely was a blast! Look forward to meeting more of you guys in person next time around

Cheers,

Lutfy

Guys,

I was there too in the B group with the Black e92... what a weekend!! Perfect weather and great bunch of guys running.

(BTW, I spoke quickly with you arter when I was asking if your car was Le Mans Blue or not....)

This is also the DE event where I have seen, by far, the most e9x M3s attending. There were at least 6 in my group, 3 or 4 in the A group and at least that many in the I group!

It is becoming a popular DE car...

Looking forward to seeing you all soon again.

Counted up and there were 10 E9x M3's running as students ( and several more as instructors, mine had one) plus 2 1M's.

Of course, there were 7 GT3's running in my group ( Team Red Mist) which were quite fast. Great weekend to run.

Heading down to VIR next week with First Settlers PCA, so I will see more GT3's............

End of the month back up to Limerock with the SCDA...

Great to meet all of you guys!

I was the noob in the interlagos blue M3. All of you are amazing drivers and I am humbled by how much I have to learn.

Leo - I hope to run into you at one of the NJMP events that I plan to attend during my internship.

Arter - I didn't realize that you had an SC'ed M3. I wish that I had gotten the chance to peek under the hood.

I am also planning to do WG again in August and September with the BMW CCA, and hope to see you guys there again.

Regards.

Hey, it was great meeting you too! This is also why I love these events: you first join for the cars and the driving... and you keep coming back because of all the people you meet!

It seems that you are still pretty good in French so... tu as simplement besoin de parler un peux plus souvent afin de te rafraichir la mémoire!

By the way, I will be at NJMP in June with NJ BMW CCA... hope to see you then.
