I sent them a question. " don't you think it will get messy if you sell a car that was already sold before you bought it? I hear TX has some specific laws on auctions being legally binding. You may want to relook into this."

I also rating bombed them on google

Their attorney is now threatening legal action against me for tortious interference of their contract to sell the car to Texas Direct Auto. According to Autodynamic's attorney, Trexas Direct did not want to get in the middle of this and are sending the car back to Autodynamics.

It is because they(texas direct) know better, i would love to hear the conversation between the 2 dealers in this.

I've filed with eBay and the BBB. I've also left a review on both their google and yelp review pages. I've also contacted motortrend, jalopnik, and autoblog asking for assistance.

Not sure if there are other good venues to spread the word to, but feel free if you know of any. And thanks for the support.

Local papers and news stations are a good bet. TV news always likes these consumer stories.

Their attorney has notified me in writing that I have 14 days to pay Autodynamics $1,500 and take down my negative eBay feedback or they will be "forced to undertake whatever legal remedies that are available"

Tell him I did leave negative review because you backed out of the deal due to an error you made

I did get an attorney.

And my feedback was merely, "Seller refuses to sell the car. They're trying to get an additional $6,300."

OP, your lawyer should have told you to limit what you say now publicly until the matter is resolved. Good luck to you and hope you get the car for the amount you bid.

Above all, if you didn't get the $1,500 to them under the original bid stipulations (48 hours?) get it to them now to secure the deal (assuming your lawyer agrees.) I'd do it on a credit card in case they back out on the deal again somehow so the cc company can pull the funds for you.

They are refusing to budge and have informed me that they are suing me.

Meanwhile, they put the car back up for sale on their website:

And, somehow my review on yelp got removed and their 0 star rating on google got taken down.
