Tonalin CLA capsules

Ok guys, so ive noticed ive put on a bit of weight over the past few months, around a stone, which i want to remove now. Ive came across these capsules that burn body fat, my mates told me they are great and really effective when exercising.

Only thing is, im not sure which ones to go for.

Theres the 1000mg capsules
http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...&cid=159&sid=0

and Mega Strength 1500mg capsules
http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...&cid=159&sid=0

if i went for the mega strength ones, would that mean i would shift the weight in a shorter time? i know they are stronger but im not sure the real difference in the two

Any help would be appreciated

After reading a bit, CLA is found naturally in meat, eggs, and mushrooms.

It's a supplement. If you can lower your daily caloric intake from your maintenance you will lose weight. There is no magic pill.
