Question: Is the rear lower control arm eccentric fastener mainly to adjust the alignment of the wheel, or shall I say, wheel position. It is NOT specifically there to give you camber adjustability although playing with it does affect camber? Has anyone rotated it completely to see what the affects are with alignment settings always correcting toe before the measurement of course?

The reason why I am asking is because my right rear wheel is forward about 4-5mm compared to the left. I really hope I can get it back to where it should be just by playing with these two eccentric fasteners.
