Safelite Auto Glass Repair Promo/Coupon Code needed...

Hi Guys

i have a very very small crack on my windshield and want to have it repaired at Safelite.

They quoted $129 for the repair which looks ok compared to replacing the windshield itself but if i have a coupon or promo code, i can even get a better price.

just wondering if anybody can share a promo/coupon code so that i can save some more..

I had a chip/crack on my 2011 Ford Edge repaired last week at Henderson Glass. $29

Why is Safelite charging so much? There must be a better option in New Jersey.

Did you call your insurance company? Usually its a no deductible fix, and isn't even considered a claim.

I don't think that is the case in NJ.

Had a bad experience with those guys-thuggish guys- literally five minutes- needless to say crap job anyone could surpass with little effort.

your insurance should be able to cover the full amount, maybe with a very minor deductible, have you checked?

i havent checked with them because i have commercial insuarance and sometimes it gets harder thru them...

but i will check today and see what they say.

I got a chip in my windshield on my last car about 2 years ago. I have geico (in NJ)... When I called them, didn't charge me anything and they even scheduled the safelite guy to come out to my house to fix it.

talk to your insurance, safelite fixed a crack on my windshield and they didnt charge me anything and my premium was not effected.

Searching for a good auto glass mechanic could just like significant as search the high quality persons for rate my mechanic. Select a good mechanic could form a large disparity while it comes time for valuable repair.

If you want to drive a little I would suggest EZ auto glass on Rt 1 in Edison.

Ditto. Also, Safelite has a $50 price for geico customers that want to pay out of pocket.

I just had a chip filled last friday in Ohio. Yeah, it used to be free, but my insurance said regulations changed a few years ago. I got quotes from $150. I ended up going to a local place. $30 later it was fixed. Call around for sure, FYI Safelite is based in Columbus and they gave me one of the worst rates.
