iND | RD Sport Suspension Solutions

RD Sport Suspension Solutions

RD Sport is one of the most recognized names in BMW tuning. Passionately Italian as they say, RD Sport's primary focus is providing customers with a comprehensive tuning program for their specific vehicle. Whether you are interested in a simple spring kit or a fully built motor RD Sport has something for you.

RD Sport's sway bar kit goes a long way toward improving turn in response, and eliminating body roll.

The RD Sport sways in particular are also interesting because they not only allow you to adjust the effective spring rate of the bar at each end, but the holes are also staggered to allow for adjustment of the rate of change of the effective spring rate. Basically this means that you can have a bar that rapidly increases in stiffness, or one that increases gradually in spring rate, which gives a whole new option to tuning the handling of the car. This is evident in the below graph:

RD Sport also offers one of the most aggressive lowering springs on the market. This is for clients interested in achieving a low stance, but are interested in maintaining EDC functionality all the while staying at reasonable price point. Front height difference is 1" over the stock and .7" in the rear.

Please contact a IND representative for pricing and availability.

Andrew - is RD Sport still offering their custom valved bilsteins? I always thought those + the RD Sport springs would be a nice setup, sure you lose EDC, but if they are properly shortened, they probably ride pretty nicely.

They still offer the custom valved Bilsteins. I believe the lead time is roughly 5-7 business days.
