Tischer is saying this 1:18 scale Minichamps #78 GT2 is no longer available. I believe it has been removed from getbmwparts.com.

You might want to check with them. I placed an order for a #78 GT2 M3 and a Jeff Koons M3. They canceled my #78. I got confirmation from Jason at Tischer that the #78 has been discontinued (for an unspecified reason).

I placed my order about a month or so ago. Maybe you got in under the wire.

My order was placed Feb 2. I checked my status and it still reads in process.

Just got the cancellation on the GT2 car. What terrible service. Hopefully I will still get the art car. People are selling the art car for 375-475 on ebay! Craziness.

You must have ordered them very close to when they went on their website and if your order got axed then my guess is they didn't receive a single car.

Stupid that they even attempt to offer something like this that they have no control in even getting. I might have looked elsewhere if I knew something like this was going to happen.

I've been checking various sites online. It seems the #78 GT2 model is only available in Europe. This might explain why Tischer can't get it.

Has anyone been able to get it from a US BMW dealer?

Jason told me the art car is still available. They are supposed to start receiving some from Germany around 4/16.

Wow..just saw this post. So it's terrible service that we tried to open up a pre-order for these and get these for our customers before they were switched to an NLA - no longer available - status?? I wonder what you'd do if a company actually did provide you some bad customer service.

There's also no guarantee we'll see more of the Jeff Koon's cars, even though they were also on a pre-order status through our site so our customers could order and hopefully secure some on the limited production run. We've filled all of those orders w/ the limited stock we recieved on a first come, first served basis. If we can source more, we'll continue filling those outstanding orders in the order they came through.

Please PM me your order #...I'll be happy to cancel that order for you as well to save you any additional dissappointment. I'm sure someone further down the line will be happy to have it should we allocate new stock.
