Makes all its power top end and very little torque, I'm actually really surprised. Honestly thought adding a supercharge to an S65 would yield more power.
In any case, it's a very clean and beautiful car. Probably fun nonetheless with that V8 screaming! |

There's isn't a trace of the original color, the details are down from underside the hood, strut towers and even the Estoril Blue paint tag underneath the hood. Quote:

Car looks great.
Are the rotors installed properly? The drill pattern of the front rotors is pointing the opposite direction of the rears... I guess the question I'm asking is, are the internal cooling vanes pointing in the right direction? |

Wow! I'm feeling the love thanks everybody. First things first is yes definitely paint and no i didn't repaint it again its just the lighting. It literally looks different in almost every light source. Its BMW Estoril Blue with a matte clear coat. The car was AW when i acquired it from Dmerk. The engine was not taken out as we are able to do a pretty extensive dissassembly of all the surrounding components to paint it thoroughly. The maintenance on a medium to light color matte finish like this is pretty much hand wash and go. Clean with aerosal glass cleaner at the show. There are waxes out there like Swiss Vax Opaque wax that works very well but I have yet to need anything other than wash. Its been about 2.5 years now since I have painted it and I drive it all day everyday. As far as the roof is concerned, the factory does not offer a carbon roof for the sedans and definitely not for any of the sunroof cars. So I replaced it with a vorsteiner replacement roof. Challenge makes the non-sunroof version which i have installed as well. Thanks again for the compliments and hope i answered all of the questions. Ill read through again and make sure there's nothing i missed.

Great car!
Question - did you tint only corners of rear lights, or all of them? The smoked part is great and I was thinking of doing it - now you've convinced me. please confirm if this is in fact a tint and how you done it - with a film or spray.
