Question regarding BMW M school helmet

Hi, I have the M school helmet and it is rated SNELL 2005 approved. However there is nowhere outside or inside the helmet that states its approved. I am planning to attend my first track events and was planning on using this helmet. What happens when I take it to track and they ask me to verify its rating? What do I do?

Go to the helmet company website (Impact) and look up the ratings.

If you lift up the padding, the Snell sticker should be on the inside against the foam shell.

I removed the side paddings and didnt see any rating sign, will check out the website now

Yeah, I had issues with that helmet. I took it to a BMWCCA event once. The guy doing the inspection just about wouldn't let me go because there was no sticker on it. I told him where it came from and talked him into calling it good, but I didn't want to have any more problems after that so I just bought a cheap helmet that was rated and had stickers on it.

Found it. if you remove the padding located at the back of the helmet there is a SA2010 sticker or something like that. i was expecting it to be engraved as opposed to a cheap sticker.
