Be kind, courteous and be honest and you may just get out of the ticket. Or hope that a higher priority call like a masked gun man holding up a bank occurs to make the cop throw your license and paperwork back at you.

Didn't know he was a motorcycle cop. You get pulled over by them 90% of the time you are getting a ticket. With cruisers you have a good chance of getting a warning unless the infraction is so aggregious

Totally true. Imagine some guy giving you crap when you are doing your job. Are you going to let him off the hook? If I were a cop I'd ticket jerks also. When I get pulled over I smile and am nice and polite. I've gotten out of a few tickets by joking with them and being nice. One guy even let me off for doing 92 in a 65 and just gave me a window tint ticket. I guarantee that wouldn't have been the case if I was an a$$.

Apparently car isn't fit for road. Shitttt. This is the worst I've ever heard of:

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...-Screeney.html

Cliff notes:

- Guy was home watching TV they knocked his door demanding to see car
- Loose battery connection and empty windscreen reservoir
- 3pts and 60 fine!!!

Can't believe that lol. Nice to see my tax s at work here.

Once I got pulled over after I was behind this pokey man who had me waiting in the middle of the intersection to turn. When i finally turned I accelrated to get away(in front) of him, and boom, a cop pulls out and pulls me over..
I said "what did I do?" He goes "you were speeding", lol to which I replied
I only accelerated REAL FAST to get away from a bad driver" (giggling a little)..

He goes "ok, yea I can see that and understand it.... Have a nice day, drive safe"

another happy ending for meeeeeeeeeeeee

I take it one step further.

When I see a cop, I flag him down, and say "Yeah, yeah, was speeding just now. Just give me the ticket already."

I also tell him about the one time I stole some candy at the drug store, I peeped into the girls locker room in high school, and I kicked a poodle once when I was really pissed.

It's kind of like going to confessional, but it costs more money and its a lot less creepy. For you anyway. It is much more creepy for the cop.
