Uh....if she was poor her kid would never have been kidnapped in the first place.

Yes, money can buy everything except:

1. Your health
2. Real Love

Money certainly can give you happiness if you already have these two things, but not lasting happiness if you don't.

My point, however, was that with all those things that money can buy also come increasing headaches and hassles and potential distress (as I am certain the mother of the aforementioned kidnapped child was in). There is a balance point between having the things which bring enjoyment and happiness vs. going overboard where the hassles outweigh the true joy.

Love and health cannot be bought....

BUT can be rented for really, really, really long periods

and since both those things exist only for a finite period whether you pay for them or not... might as well live it up

so... happiness is on sale too...
