Decent deal? '09 E90????

I am thinking of pulling the trigger on:

'09 E90 9,000 miles.
LeMans Blue
Navi
Technology
DCT
Cold weather
premium package
comfort access
19" wheels
Satellite radio
Moon Roof
carbon trim
full leather

warranty and maintenace till December 2012
What is a fair price for that car? Sub $50k? $50k +?

45 dealer, 42 private sale...would be my guess for an 09 E90 with a few months left on OEM warranty...

This would make it cheaper than any comparable car ( mileage and options ) in that thread...

Wow. Thanks for the heads up. I almost pulled the trigger on that car. Came to terms with them and everything.

That was a nice looking car. They told me it was a manufacturer car. Don't need a drivers school car. It's a shame because the deal was good and the miles were right

I didn't really see many e90 2009s?

FWIW I tried to price it on kbb, came up with $52.3k, which could be. I would not say the car would bring that price, based on my recent searches.
