Not sure how you survive. I'm itching to get back on the track and its only been 3 weeks!

But do provide an update!

Cool. Please to take photos of the install of the Rallye3 and how it mounts. I am thinking I might do that route as well.

Thanks much!

I just got off the phone with the guys at Schroth. Apparently all of the testing and approvals are finalized. They just need to locate and grind down 1000 unicorn horns to make the re-inforcing material for this product to go to production. Fingers crossed!

Sorry to say, but there are only 999 unicorns left in the world...

Hmm wow I totally forgot about this thread.

I installed a Schroth White Tiger harness for my last track session (last year). Worked like a charm...held me down pretty well. Not entirely sure of the safety aspect though, but it did what it I wanted it to do.

Installed the harnesses to stock seat belt locations except for the left side...I couldn't figure out how to take off the plastic so it's bolted on to one of the bolts holding down the seat. I only use it for the track right now until I can get the time to disassemble the chair.

Front seat installed.

Back seat

Sorry I don't have that many pictures...didn't take the time to document the install.

Haha not really single.

Yep still running Taebaek...I feel like I've been improving. Last track day gave a driver in a Porsche GT3 a fit until my tires got too greasy...

I bought a GoPro so I can record some runs and get some critiques.

A word of caution from buying my Rallye 3 from Scroth concerning safety was that they were very specific about connecting the 3 tail strap to the C-pillar shoulder hard point rather than at the seat bottom. This was for the same reason for not installing a Rallye 4 or Profi ASM...the seat has not yet been cleared for this type of angled installation. This is the hold-up for the QuikFit too. This might change soon when they have results in hand - which are a long time coming...

Ahh good to know. I still use the regular seat belt along with the harness...I just really needed something to hold me down. I'd use velcro if it worked.

So it's the seat that's not cleared? Does that mean an aftermarket seat would work? (Trying to find an excuse to upgrade...)
