Hey at least you didn't buy it site unseen. I bought a C4S 911 over the internet that was described to me as mint condition, new matching rear tires, a bunch of other stuff. Pictures on the internet looked great and checked out clean on carfax with a 97 rating on autocheck.

The car showed up with bald rear tires non matching, a jacked up front/rear bumper, paint chips everywhere, check engine lights, electrical issues etc.... SOME car salesmen are scum and cannot be trusted. They actually went to the extent of forging a PPI inspection. I'm happy for you that you didn't purchase the car and have it delivered only to be crushed when it did arrive and you are stuck with it.

It cost me thousands to get it into working condition and I ate $ selling it because I always resented the car after that. PARK CITIES AUTOHAUS in Dallas, TX was the dealer BTW. Stay far away everyone.

On to the next one. You will find it!

I went to the dealership to see it in person and the salesman told me that it was in the detail shop and was in excellent condition. I asked to see it and he initially told me no. I explained that I was from out of state and I wouldn't buy a car sight unseen. Reluctantly he took me to the detail shop....No joke, it was the scariest sight I have ever seen. They had a real rough looking crew spraying the front bumpers of three cars next to each other (all different colors.) The blue paint from the e90 a guy was spraying made its way onto the AW M3 I was looking at. On top of that, the 'detailers' we playing mariachi music at the top of the logic 7's limit out of the car I was looking at. The speakers had to have been blown...sounded terrible. They were also smoking in and around the cars. Single biggest hack-job BMW dealership I have ever experienced.

Can anyone here believe that this dealership received 2012 Center of Excellence Award?

LOL! I wouldn't buy from them either.

When I was shopping for my E46 M3 in 2003, their sales team gave me the same sales bs. Wouldn't buy from them at all.

HAVE NO IDEA how they got BMW's excellent award in 2011. Service is just as good as their bs sales team.

Same Thing Happened to me I just Didn't Find out about it Until the Car Arrived in San Antonio, Tx. I bought the Car Car From Viti BMW In Cape Code. Hyannis, MA. Sales Guy Was A huge Joke. Sold Me A car That had been 40 Percent Repainted. After he told me it was perfect no problems at all. This Really Makes Me regret buying a car out of state. what a Pain. Ended up taking a hit and bought another 2011 M3 Locally. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM "VITI BMW" in Hyannis, MA. BUNCH OF UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL LYING BASTARDS. This whole little escapade cost me about $5000.00 Bucks, but at least I have a great car and peace of mind now.
