Buy Ford, stop the lying!

I just sold my second e90 M3, I tracked both a ton. I was so sick of pussy footing around the dealers about my tracking. I just bought a Boss 302 Laguna Seca. The dealer put on track pads and upgraded fluids for me and said they couldn't wait to hear about my tracking experience. I asked, so my warranty is still good if I track the car right? They looked at me like i was some kind of fool. Of course it is, we built this car to encourage you to track it, they said! At that moment the fact i was driving a ford vs a BMW completely melted away. Further, the boss LS is better than the M3 on the track. It's not as good as a daily but I am lucky enough to have another daily and just use the boss LS for track use.

No lying here. I tell the dealership what I do and they have replaced my brake fluid with a racing variety, zip tied my brake sensors, aligned my car with crazy camber requests, etc. Everytime I bring it in, the tech comes out and talks about my latest track experience, etc. I give them 10's on the survey, they are cool with anything I ask of them.

Say you go with the BMWCCA. No timing, no competition.
Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

It all depends on how well you work your sa. Bringing a coffee and asking how his wife and kids are never hurts, but thats basic relationship building skills.

Put yourself in his spot- his job consists of listening to spoiled soccer moms bitch and complain about the broken X3 thier husband bought for them. If you have the basic skill to show a little empathy and friendship you'll pretty much get what you need.

Also ensures you don't get stuck with a 328 xi loaner

I've never kept my track days as a secret from my dealer. I have them change the brake fluid for me and put in my track pads before I go out. Not a problem.

Dinan compliment of stuff plus PF rotors and RG63s. Enough for now.
Why, yes. I am an abrasive bastard.
