Which S/C kit for E90 M3

Hi I am new to the BMW and this is my first BMW car. I tried to search around but I haven't find an answer yet.

Which S/C kit will be legal in california?

As long as you run a exhaust system that would pass your emissions test when you go in for it you should be fine with any of them. There are a bunch of people on your coast running them, so in the end it would just come down to how much power you want to lay down and how you're going to use the car....

The ESS kit will pass the OBD2 readiness and tailpipe sniffer test if cats are in decent condition.

Unfortunately in California, any supercharger will need to be removed when it comes for smog testing - as it will not pass visual. With new vehicles, emissions testing is not required for 6 years from purchase date. Other states will have their own testing/inspection procedures set in place.

If you are local to our facility in Anaheim, feel free to drop by to see the VF620 systems in person, and experience hands-on.
