As far as the power source goes, what did you actually tap into? Is it switched 12V? I'm looking at doing this but I don't think the shop is going to install the switch so I'm just researching where you brought the leads up at etc. Checked out your site too, looks good!

I like this very much. Only had my M3 for a few days and love the somewhat stealthy noise it makes stock. But having the ability to flip between mental and stock is very interesting. I bet the blip on downshift in the open mode would give me a crisis
