I swear GM just should have been shut down... They make crap, get bailed out, continue making crap and introduce a 40,000 electric car for the masses. Now that they claim that they are making a profit (due to increased sales in China), they will offer their employees profit sharing and executives bonuses instead of first paying back loans. Anyone even remotely involved in running that company should be shipped to a stranded island...

If it wasn't for the Z06/ZR1 which unfortunately are not accessible to the common man, this company would have nothing.

regular bankruptcy has been fine for others...it's was good enough for Continental (twice), United, Delta, and now American...others include Texaco and Dow Corning...Chrysler previously...

Delphi (former Packard Electric) has done well post bankruptcy also...

Who gets to pick the winners and loosers of a prepackaged government financed bankruptcy...the only lesson to be learned...if you are going to fail...fail big becuase then the taxpayers will pick up the pieces...

I thought GM already paid everything back? Anyway, I like my GMC which is not crap. Funny video though.
