The OP has an E90, in which the "H-point" is higher than in the E92, and I believe so is the seat height (on either extreme adjustment) relative to the steering wheel position. No matter what you do, it's going to be a compromise.

You cannot expect to have a perfect fit unfortunately. Some folks have a long torso and long legs, and short arms, some have long torsos, short legs, long arms, etc., and there just isn't enough telescoping/tiliting, fore/aft tracking and seat heigh and angle adjustment to make it perfect for everyone, but you sure do get close for most.

Nice response! Its gotta be this because I wouldn't have started a thread if I had not double and triple checked my seat/steering wheel adjustment. Thanks
