Any wiggle on this 2011 E92?

I was originally looking for a 2009 or 2010 around $50k.

This is a bit more than I want to spend, but it's the perfect configuration for me. Exactly what I was looking for.

Anyone familiar with what a car like this would've gone for at auction and how much they might go down to sell it?

For a 2011, yes, but how does that affect the price?

Should be priced lower. More miles = more wear and potentially less warranty time you'll have, compared to other '11 models.
