While they look very cool... aftermarket sounds a lot more economical than that. The calipers are standard Brembo painted black with "M" on it.

Wow...how are you guys sourcing these GTS parts?!
Although our car is not yet worthy, I want that front lip so bad! The brakes are so big, you can't fit them in a single pic
