Detail and paint correction

New here, not enough posts to PM, so apologies for posting ANOTHER thread about detailing.

I have an '08 E90 M3 Jerez Black Pearl that has been garaged most of it's life, but I feel like it needs a good "going over"; clay bar, buff, etc.

For the first two years of it's life the car was subjected to a lot of tree sap (in Carmel California) that has clung to the paint for three years.

I've already searched and know whom I'd like to contact and talk about options, but can't reach them because I can't PM.

If you think you're qualified and capable of making my paint look better than new please contact me. I'm willing to pay for quality.

Thanks- Mateo

I highly recommend Brian (SpeedFreak). He's done paint correction and new car prep on my M3s as well as basic detailing on my Mini.

You can either call, send a text or email him:

there are plenty of local detailers in the area, call and ask for quotes.

I see you already dug up an old thread:

Hey Raja - I'm in the same boat as the OP, unable to send PMs because I'm new to this site but fairly active over on the M3forum. I've read quite a few good reviews of your work and am interested in possibly getting some paint correction work done on my e46 JB M3. Do you have an email address/website to discuss rates, etc.?

I gotta meet you one day and chat about detailing. I have all the tools but want to learn some technique.
Once it gets warm I'll contact you and see when you plan to hold another meet.

Sorry I couldn't make it out to the GTG, was tied up all Saturday with that Charity run in DC and then with the GF on Sunday. Hopefully I'll make it out to the next one.

Brian,

No problem at all. I am having another one soon. And perhaps we can do some work together and hold a Tech Session, which will help us both as well as people who wants to get either one of our services. I appreciate you good nature and not the typical i am better than you and come to me attitude. i think there is plenty of work for all of us and no need to fight and make it a sh*t show.

regards,
Raja

Agreed, I'm a car enthusiast first and don't look at you, Dan, DJ, or anyone else a competition. lets def meet up sometime if not at a specific GTG and do something for sure. I'm all about making new friends!
