Seriously? That's the result of having an engine behind you. Lots of beautiful cars with mid engines. in fact you can say most of the beautiful cars are mid engine.

I just hate how the Audi R8 has the same engine coming out of the RS4. I mean don't get me wrong, it's a great engine, but at the end of the day I wouldn't feel like the car is that unique as Audi didn't make it's own engine for it. And at the same time the Audi R8 v10 was never made to its full potential because if it was, it would beat the Lp-560-4. If you were to spend that type of money for a detuned Gallardo, I find it sickening =/.

I have the flame suit on as well lol

Sorry, but comparing an Audi R8 with an (any) Aston from the aesthetics point of view is simply senseless.

Sameee. Given the fact the R8 is around a 100 lbs lighter than the M3 and the amount of carbon fiber its chassis uses as compared to the M3, I was stunned when I saw this video.

Sure the R8 screams the "arrggh look at me" look, I love the deceptively subtle look of the M3.....then again, thats my opinion...

M3 is sure damn fast. But I'd still take the R8. I mean, if you can afford it, you can always slap on a supercharger!!

that's how a car should look from the side:

having a mid and rear engined car allows more aerodynamic designs. The standard FR setup to make room for the engine up front and a long nose is a horrible aerodynamically speaking

The R8 doesn't use carbon fiber in its chassis.

It has an aluminium monocoque, built around a space frame technology.

The next generation R8 is said to be a carbon/aluminium combo.

Throw a Stasis supercharger on the V10 R8.

Or VF Engineering supercharger on the V8 R8.
