Did you have a problem with someone specific @ Fremont?

Just a data point: I spoke with a SA from Fremont over the phone. He adamantly told me that according to BMW's maintenance schedule, none of their cars would require spark plug change before 100,000 miles. This is probably just an uninformed SA who likes to talk out of his *ss and is not representative of the entire service department. But I figure with so many dealerships around, there is really no reason to take my chance with them.

I went into Peter Pan today for my 1200 mile service and was straight up with them. Told them I have heard a lot of negative feedback about their service department and it is a concern. They were receptive and overall as far as I can tell, everything was done fine.

m3 service

when i got back home after a regular service in bmw of san francisco i opened the hood and guess what the engine cap was placed oposit i took it off and the seal was not on place kind of loose spend 2h to clean up the oil
