Some updated pics. Sorry, I know the car is dirty. I have been lazy and with the lack of inclement weather, I haven't had to wash the car.

Anyways, I finally got up the courage to install the ZCP Splitters and Rear Deck Spoiler. I have to say, I love the result. I think it adds a subtle but more aggressive look to the car. I know it's not the most original mod as I have seen many cars on this and other forums with it but I haven't seen many where I am and in person, it is a really nice mod.

something about the tires looks off to me... are they undersized? maybe bigger spacers needed?

Probably he is running e46 m3 sized tires 245/275 f/r. Had the same exact setup when i had my e46 vert and was going to run them on my e90 but found another set of wheels. Looks good nonetheless.
