can anyone help with this itunes installation problem?

i don't really like itunes, but i got a $50 itunes gift card that i don't want to go to waste and i just picked up a 4S, so i figure i might as well. i have no idea what to do to fix this and i've tried most suggestions from googling. thanks for any help in advance

Quick first guess....looks like you're trying to install the 32 bit version. Are you running a 64 bit OS?

i am running 64bit, but i'm positive i'm installing the correct version, gonna double check right now
