one question, can I run 19x8.5 on front 19x10.5 on rear on E92 M3? I see most people have 19x9.5 on front

Yep. Notice that there's only a 1" delta between front and rear? This is so that your tire sizes will maintain the same ratio. So if you upgrade, maintain the same ratio as much as possible to maintain the balance of the car. However, if you're only interested in aesthetics, then it doesn't matter. Run what you think looks good.
