I notice a slight amount of tire squeal when I make a sharp turn under slow speeds. For example when I make a U turn or turn into a parking space. Normal?
Have you checked your tire pressures recently? If the pressures are low in the fronts there's a good chance they'll squeal even when making slow speed turns.
