Does Akra slip-on have the same sound as the Akra Evo full set?

No, full is louder and better sounding imo

Yes, Evo (full) is much louder plus adds significant HP whereas the slip on adds only a couple of HP max. Only advantage the slip on has it will pass emissions testing.

Much better to go with the full system.

Very noticable power gain except for the low RPM dip.
