Not allowing "Feelers"

Would be nice if there was new rules that prohibit "feelers" who the hell cares stop wasting peoples time and energy... You are either selling or not. If you are selling, list a price contact email or phone number and location of car.

This should be mandatory in the for sale section... Makes things SO much easier!

How so? Pointless so i don't waste time with kids dreaming of selling their car bit never actually doing it. Or actually makong the classifieds organized and easy to navigate?
