As a man, I found that embarrassing to watch. As a car-guy, even more-so. I'm not about to sit here and tell you that if I stepped behind the wheel of an M3 that I would be awesome at it. Quite the opposite. But seriously, learn how to friggin drive before you ruin a perfectly good M3.

Also, anyone else notice how the M3 they destroyed had a sunroof instead of CF roof?

They need a independent pro driver like the Stig, otherwise the comparison is worthless.

I agree it's gotten better. But except for the chubbier dude with the beard, the other guys are pretty dry, and noone has any real chemistry with each other. The cinematography is outstanding though.

With the last name like Carolla, he should be limited to 200 hp and front wheel drive. One of the worst pieces of driving I have watched on a network show I think!

The Car Show is soon to be history if they keep it up. Their drivers and facts are way off!

They are good guys and I had high hopes. I have been patient but I have come to the conclusion that nothing can even get close to Top Gear (of course, no need to mention that I am talking about the UK version... duh).

Anybody that knows Adam knows he loves BMWs and has a sweet E46.
The wiper stalk works differently on the E9x than on previous cars and the owner really should have shown him how to setup launch control, but Adam should've done an easy test lap before going all-out... I'm guessing they were running out of time to shoot the segment?

Still... that was just sad.

Do any of you guys remember this? Adam Corolla had an E46 M3 back when that car was current and someone on e46fanatics found an ebay link to a For Sale ad that he had posted. He was selling his stock E46 M3 brake calipers and rotors with his SIGNATURE on the front calipers.

I'm pretty sure they were marked up far beyond normal used prices for those brakes due to his own perceived "celebrity status." This guy is a fool.

I agree. At the risk of sounding like a major noob, the E9x wiper stalk did confuse me at first. It is different than previous gens.

Anyway.. what I saw here was major overconfidence. Something we ALL know you cannot have in a BMW. We've all been there at some point and that's what happens.
