Thumbs up Richard@M-World

I recently had some camber plate noise issue from my Motons, so I contacted our resident suspension whore, Richard(rldzhao). Mind you, this was before he became a vendor on here(M-World). Anyways, he was very helpful in trying to diagnose my problem and figuring out a solution. Shortly after, he became a vendor and was able to offer me a solution to cure of my noise. His communication and explanations were detailed, everything went smoothly. My package had some paperwork problems with Fedex - Richard took care of it quickly. The package came in earlier this week, everything was wrapped up nicely, and labeled properly.

I've come to expect a lot from vendors since I mainly deal with IND/Wheelsto/PYspeed, and we know how great these guys are. Richard, will now be my go to guy for suspension & suspension component inquiries/purchases. I figured I should let others know of another good vendor, especially one that is well-versed in suspension components.

Side note, VS Motorsport and HPAutowerkes were very helpful when I was looking for a replacement for my PSS10.

Asked them about their seats the other day. The response was quick and professional. Can't wait to buy them soon.

Over the last few months I've bought a number of products from M-World. This weekend I mounted tires I purchased from Tire Rack via M-World (AD08s) and I'm very happy with the results: plenty of traction and no more screeching tires when launching (at least reduced). Richards goes out of his way to provide advice on a project and is helpful with picking the correct product/configuration to meet my needs. I've been debating tires for sometime as I wasn't happy with my vreds at the track or drag strip and Richard help me choose the correct setup.

Richard is a great guy to work with and has done all my work with the m3 and will continue to get my business. Highly recommend M-world with Richard. He has helped and taken care of all mods that I have done on my m3. Thanks Richard

Have to say, i'm super impressed with Richard! He actually followed up with me to make sure I got my package, and answered all of my questions pretty much right away (he actually answered an email I sent him on a Sunday night within 10 minutes). He's definitely my go to guy for telemetry equipment.

Can't wait to get my ECU bridge installed and hooked up to my Smartycam.

Just wanted to bump this again. The ECU bridge was a snap to install with the instructions provided. The harness completely eliminated the need to do any soldering, and with the provided instructions, I was able to get everything up and running in less than half an hour, and more importantly, the bridge worked perfectly with my SmartyCam as soon as I turned it on.

Thanks again to Richard@M-World!

Today I ran into some personal parting out problems. I gave Richard a call because I knew he was one of the only guys who could provide me an answer. After ringing a couple times, I thought maybe I shouldn't bother him and hung up. He calls me back a couple hours later to see what was up. Then he followed up with an answer for me via email. Just wanted to post this because it shows the type of commitment he has to his customers. I really do appreciate all his efforts.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. I was recently in the market for a smartycam and Richard was responsive and supportive the whole way through the research and purchasing process. Even to this day he continues to offer ongoing support and is prompt and precise with his responses.

Know who I will be contacting when it's time for fixed back seats and suspension upgrades.
