Lots of ideas if you do a search in the detailing forum. I mostly use BMW's leather conditioner (surprisingly good and leaves a natural/matte finish), and for plastics Einszett Cockpit premium.

Leatherique products work great and are very popular amongst enthusiasts and professional detailers.
Try these: Leatherique Prestine Clean - cleans leather and even provides some conditioning. Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil - fully conditions clean leather. |

I used to swear by leather masters, however after trying The Swissvax Leather cleaner, leather milk, plastic wash, and Protecton Matt, there's no product I'll ever use again on an interior... Nothing comes close! I ditched leather masters a while ago...
