I just installed the akra evo system and feels awesome, love the sound and the HP gain is very noticeable, these are a couple of pictures taken with my iphone (sorry for the poor quality shots), I will post a video over the weekend

I had my ESS DF tune installed way before I had this system installed, worked out perfectly

Congrats. You have just purcheased the best exhaust system on the market in terms of weight lost, craftmanship, design, power gains etc. IMO

I'm curious how you will find the noise of Akrapovic Evo vs your ex-M performance?

I had one, too but couldn't live with the rough/loud noise of full system so just sold the mid-section and left with slip-on. I know I left 20-25 hp (I also have Evotech software for Akra evo) on the table but very happy with the slip-on sound.

I had the chance to drive it today and this is a totally different sound compared to the M-performance, both systems sound great but the akra evo has a more aggressive tone and the gain of power makes the car more pleasant to drive it, I am totally satisfied with this exhaust system

Tone will change a little over next week or so... but it only gets better

I am going to ask ESS for an updated file for my DF tune but I dont feel any dip below 2000 rpm as other posts mentioned

My car ran 100 to 200 km/h in 9,9-10,0 sec w/Akra slip-on + evotech software.

On the otherhand it did run 100 to 200 km/h in 9,3 sec w/Akra. Evo + evotech tune. That 0,6-0,7 sec should mean extra 20-25 hp.

Also on a specific road Akra. Evo spins my tires in 4th gear where slip-on slips in 3th.

As Pride355 says it is very noticeable at all RPMs, when I had the Performance exhaust with the ESS tune there was a slight gain in power when using the "M" system but now I dont even have to use the M and pulls harder at all rpms, no dip at any rpms

Sweet, congrats. IMO you got one of the best all around systems out there. Everything you've mentioned is spot on with my own observations, I love my Akra Evo. Now, just gotta get my tune.
