99.99% I will keep my M3, I might upgrade to 2012 one in few years though!

I honestly don't see myself staying with the BMW brand. Maybe a new 991 if I can. If I can't, I'll wait to see what the next M3 holds before making my decision.

with regret, I have to say I will be probably going on a 911 NA engine

No, I refuse to drop 75+ K on a triple turbo non-sense.
no matter how good it seems.

it will feel like a betrayal to the roundel, but hey they started it.
and now Leaving us without any options.

for all those complaining about the cost of aftermarket performance mods, those costs will be significantly less with the the upcoming twin/tri turbo M's. though turbo has its downsides, its upside is easily tapped horsepower by way of simple coding/piggybacks.

as for me, Im reserving judgment on the next M3/4 for when it actually comes out, not based off of hearsay and spy shots. If I do pick one up, it will be in the second year of production.

Eventually I will get sucked in, but not for a couple years. I am definitely keeping the E92 for life. I still regret trading in my old E36. I barely got any money on the trade-in and wish I still had it. Will never make that mistake again.

Whether you like the new turbo v6 or not, it will have CRAZY torque for sure. I got a 335 for a loaner the other day and those turbo motors pull hard as hell. I can only imagine how fast the new M3/M4 will be. Not to mention the gas mileage.

Why defect? i plan on keeping all my M3s, you know?

I feel they all drive so differently, why not mix them up a bit. I never got bored driving my E46. probably never will...

However, the new Porsche 991 911 seems great, I might taint my garage with a car that's not an M3.

+1. No reason not to have both, but I definitely won't buy the first year...give them a chance to work out the bugs.
