Need help with 2011 E92 invoice pricing

Hey guys,

I am working with a dealer who has a 2011 Sedan with the following configuration. I need some help getting the invoice pricing for it. The price I get from truecar, overstock, cars.com, edumunds are not all the same. Could someone either point me in the right direction or give me the invoice for the following.

Price I get configured is 68,375 for the following:

2011 M3 Sedan
Silverstone Metallic
Fox Red/Black/Black
Blue-gray Brushed Aluminum Trim
Competition Package
Convenience Package
Premium Package 2
Heated front seats
Moonroof

Use edmunds.com

OR:

Take base car price MSRP, multiple X .92
Take options MSRP, multiple X .91
add gas guzzler
add tax

There ya go.

The 7% is how you get the ED MSRP from standard US MSRP.
