DIY removing interior trim/ console M3

Any threads on how to do this? I know I have seen them on the 1 series
forum, but cant seem to find one for 6MT M3. Preferably with photos. Please help!

Here is a link I found on how to remove the trim on the door. Below that I posted our link to removing the interior trim on an E60 M5, which should be pretty similar. Hope this helps.
