I replied back to your PM a few minutes ago. I now see that you are trying flash a new tune that Evolve gave you. If that is the case, you may have to wait until Evolve is in contact. If you received your tune via email, there are occasions when the email client alters the size of the file which makes it unable to be properly utilized.

If you are trying to extract, then make sure to UNCHECK the Data Area Only box.

There's a pretty informative Troubleshoot Section in the manual that's provided with the Evolve Automotve USB Drive.

I wish you the best in figuring your situation out. Keep us posted.

Phew, no problem man. Everything seems fine. I redownloaded the file and it finally saved/worked correctly. The butt dyno is registering in the positive direction

Glad you got it sorted Tim, it is a strange thing that some online email providers are changing the file sizes of attachments. We're now sending most files through the server if we notice its a gmail/hotmail account.

Hey Tim! I'm glad you were able to work everything out. I appreciated you contacting me via PM. Computers and technology can definitely be finicky. But often times, it's worth bearing through it.

Enjoy the tune and please let us know how it is as you throw on more miles.

Great to hear that you guys are offering a more sound solution and method. It's weird that they do compress files like that. I sent my OEM software to you guys earlier today. I'm no doubt looking forward to what you guys can do with our E90 M3 and to feel it first hand!
