Cliff notes is nothing bad. In fact, they're good. They can motivate readers that weren't going to read a very long post to read it. Like executive summaries of documents. The two aren't exclusive.

You people are ridiculous. I can't believe you've turned Drake's post into a debate about being spoon fed information. Let me summarize for you. This isn't a business meeting and there is no reason a busy person can't read this when they aren't busy. The point of the post is to enjoy reading about the actual experiences Drake had on his trip. If you want a summary of what the bullrun is, then do a search on google.

Agreed. No one forced anyone to read this post.

I enjoyed it. It is probably something I'll never get to experience. I appreciated the detailed account.

To those that complained it was too long, the title did state it was the full story. Maybe in the future there should be a warning for any post over ten sentences...
